We trialed the light towers on Saturday and Sunday night during the recent night works during the Victoria Pass closure. The towers worked very well indeed!
When combined with a lightweight generator they provide an excellent shadow-free light source without the harsh, dazzling light associated with conventional light towers. The portability is excellent and was a huge benefit compared to the typical trailer-mounted units we have used in the past.
I am considering purchasing another 2 of these and putting them in our call-out trailers.
