Government Funding available in 2019, to make our Communities even safer

There is an opportunity for local community organisations that are not-for-profit (parishes, charities, trusts) to submit a grant application for CCTV under the NSW Government Community Building Partnership (CBP) Program. Grant submissions will open on 2nd September 2019, with program guidelines being published in August 2019. If successful the CBP grant may cover 100% of the costs of installing CCTV. The average grant amount is approximately $20,000.  Click here to access the Community Building Partnership.

Community and Small Business CCTV Fund

A separate circular has been sent to those parishes in the below listed local government areas in Sydney’s West and South West that are eligible to apply for a $5,000 grant available under the Community and Small Business CCTV Fund. This is a separate grant to the CBP. Those parishes will need to determine which grant program to submit an application under (it is not possible to apply for 2 different grants for the same project).  Click here to read the press release "CCTV cameras to make our streets even safer" and apply now.
