I was introduced to Bi-tron (Bitron) by my son, a lawn mowing contractor who had trouble with the hydrostatic transmission of his new mower (overheating to the extent that it had to be removed three times under warranty to repair the leaks caused by "cooked" 0 rings).

I was experiencing similar problems with a Walker Model 5 which had done 1300 hrs. I Put 2.4.6 Metal Treatment in each hydrostat and was immediately able to traverse hills, which i had not been able to previously.
