Gold Coast company improves workflow with electric tugs & roll cages

A few weeks ago, myself and Brad Greentree our MasterMover Account Manager headed out to the Gold Coast to visit a company to discuss with them on how using a MasterMover Electric Tug, and Roll Cages in their warehouse could improve their workflow.

Because of the distance they had to move a number of boxes and goods around the Distribution Center which was beyond the safe zone of what an individual can move.

The solution was using a SM100 (Electric Tug), and a 2 Sided Roll Cage, and Foldia Exel Roll Cage that Retailquip provides.

The SM100+ is a battery operated electric tug that makes it suitable for moving 1,200 kg loads even on slopes.

Following the Purchase of our Roll Cages, and Electric Tugs we provided a successful training session on how to use both the Cages & Tugs effectively.

The SM100 Electric Tug is now doing all the work for them, and allowing the operator to Push/Pull & Steer loads throughout the Warehouse.
