Increase safety with online fluid power training

With the impending implementation of nationally harmonised work place health and safety legislation, there has never been a better time to increase the safety of the work environment through further training of employees.

As industry continues to adopt new technology, and machinery and equipment with high pressure hydraulic and lubrication systems becomes more common, the risk of fluid injection injury increases.

Driven by a desire to increase safety during maintenance and operation of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment, Custom Fluid Power Training (CFPT) has now launched its online training portal commencing with an Introduction to Fluid Power Course.

The e-learning training course, Module 1 – Fluid Power Basic Principles, Safety and MDG41, can be accessed at www.cfpt-tms.com.au for only $99 and is suitable for fitters or engineers that have no or limited fluid power experience.   Additional modules of the Introduction to Fluid Power course will follow in the coming months.

The Introduction to Fluid Power Training Course is also available in a face to face format as a two day course which is suitable for groups of 8-10 and can be conducted on-site or at CFPT’s facilities using dedicated hydraulic simulators for a hands on approach to learning.

Custom Fluid Power Training is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Division of Custom Fluidpower, the largest independently owned hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics solutions provider in Australia.

Custom Fluidpower has put their hundreds of hours of accumulated knowledge towards developing training packages that meet current industry best practice, are aligned to national standards and are MDG41 compliant.  With trainers located Australia wide Custom Fluid Power Training can provide training on a national basis (and to Papua New Guinea).
