SS series PLC

Delta Electronics SS series micro PLC is now available from Mechtric. The compact size, low cost and high performance lend the SS PLC to many simple and complex automation applications.

The slim and compact SS series offers the easiest and basic functions for sequential control.

MPU points 14 I/O
24VDC unit with a program capacity of 3792 steps.
Expansion modules are available with up to 16 I/O, analogue in, analogue out, analogue in and out, and PT100 input.
A modular power supply for 100-240VAC operation is also available.
Communication port: Built-in RS-232 and RS-485, compatible with MODBUS ASCII / RTU communication protocol
High-speed pulse output: Supports 2-point (Y0, Y1) independent high-speed pulse output of up to 10KHz, Built-in high-speed counter

Spinning machine
conveyer belt (rotation speed control)
winding machine (tension control).

The SS PLC includes many built in commands for the Delta range of variable speed drives. Software is available free of charge from the DELTA web site
