Soft Anti Vibration Bushings

The bushings have the properties of an ultra soft thermoset, polyether-based, polyurethane material. The material combines shock absorbtion, good memory, vibration isolation and vibration damping characteristics. 

A two part design, the bushing's sandwich either side of the bracket or mounting chassis. Easy to fix with a bolt, hex nut and washer, the bushings come in four designs.

These ultra soft bushings are compact but support a high load relative to their size. Stable material with a long fatigue life, Gelmec’s bushings operate over a very wide temperature range, compared to any other polymer. Shock is absorbed shock efficiently for millions of cycles.

Diameters options are  appx 12 and 25mm with bushing heights of 10 and 20mm. Bushings can be sandwiched either side of the mounting plate or bracket and secured with a threaded screw and hex nut.  Unlike other products, these bushings may be used in tension connections.
