EXAIR Atomizing Spray Nozzles are constructed of stainless steel and are available in a variety of spray patterns in 1/8”, ¼” and ½” sizes. The 3 basic families include:

Internal Mix produce the finest atomization for liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 cP; for pressure fed applications not requiring independent air and liquid control.
External Mix when precise liquid flows are required and can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 cP; for pressure fed applications with independent air and liquid control.
Siphon Fed require no liquid pressure and are suitable for liquids with a viscosity up to 200 cP; siphon or gravity fed for non-pressurized applications.

The No Drip Atomizing Spray Nozzles positively stop the liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. They eliminate post spray liquid flows and conserve valuable liquids such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water. Flow rates of the No Drip nozzles are the same as the standard versions.
