Process Controllers including the Brainchild X100 series are highly configurable, and so quite universal in application. They offer universal inputs, have two alarms and offer manual control, auto tune, ramp and dwell as standard functions. X100 because 4100 is 96mm square, 8100 is 48x96, 9100 is 48x48 and 7100 is 72x72mm bezel size, but all have the same functionality and software.

Digital Communications is a retrofittable option, but what good is comms. without a good PC software package to suit.  ECEFast RampX allows data aquisition and remote control of any number of controllers. In addition the user can generate control profiles for a heating process, through the PC, using standard controllers - then records the process vs the set point profile on a single graphical display.

Low Prices for OEM applications are available and DIN rail mount clips, terminal protection covers.  The controllers are 18 bit for high accuracy and have fast A-D sampling at 200msec. Other models are available for remote set point applicatons and multi ramp programmers.
