The track-mounted dryers of the Truflow IR series are equipped with special lamps that emit short-wave infrared and UV-A rays.
The technical and mechanical characteristics of the dryers allow them to be used in body shops, for drying painted products and for all industrial applications where drying and heating of different types of materials are required.
They ensure maximum efficiency with minimum space requirement
They are made in Italy under licence and partnered by Truflow Australia.

EFFICIENCY

These dryers are suspended in permanently installed rails and are easy gliding and self-balancing, both laterally and vertically in all directions. As the electric power supply is integrated in the rails, there are no loose cables dragging along the floor disrupting work and raking up dust.

CUSTOMIZATION

Can be customized to suit all workshops for a optimized workflow and personalized needs. Reach and quickly manoeuvre the heater into the perfect curing position, reaching all parts of the vehicle

ADJUSTABLE PANELS AND SWINGING ARM

Option to adjust the inclination of the panels and the height of the arm to best suit the surface to be dried

CONTROL UNIT

Easy and intuitive operation, with 8 selectable programs

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Consists of two pyrometers, one for each group of panels, resulting in independent regulation of the radiated power. Each pyrometer has a laser emitter indicating the area where the temperature is measured.

HIGH POWER LED

Instant activation, allows your primer / filler to be dried within a few dozen seconds
