HTG has formed a strategic partnership with the highly respected generator manufacturer NED, an Italian company that produces high-end generator sets, shelters, and hybrid systems, made to measure or in series.
Renowned for diesel generators that are used in some of the world’s harshest environments, and thanks to the continuous investment in R&D, NED successfully patented its soundproofing system on its hyper silent HUSH55 range of diesel generators to guarantee sound levels 55db@7meters. Now with further enhancements noise levels have been achieved below 55db. In fact, the latest HUSH55 (60kva stage V) has recorded a very low sound pressure level of only 47db(A) at 7m, without impacting the high-end performance of the generator.
NED takes care internally of the entire production process, from the design to the construction of the canopies, up to the realisation of the electrical panels, combining Italian design and innovative patented solutions. The entire structure of the generator is manufactured in cold galvanised steel, and the canopy is made without any type of welding, thereby ensuring maximum durability over time. Thanks to the project's modularity, it is also easy to maintain or replace the single components.
All NED products are manufactured in its own 4,000m² production facility in the town of Fragagnano (TA), Southern Italy[. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art production technologies including numerical control machinery, assembly systems without any external welding, and automated epoxy powder painting, all of which contribute to extended product life. Due to the ability of NED to control every aspect within the manufacturing process, this allows flexibility and capability in customising generators to suit specific customer requirements.
