Sealing Systems Pty Ltd commenced in March 1982 trading as AHMS, Australian Hot Melt Systems. In the early days, the company imported systems and components and soon found that the quality of the overseas products did not meet our expectations or the standards we were trying to establish.

Based on many years of previous experience in the industry, we set out to locally design and manufacture selected components starting with hoses and guns.

By 1992 we had expanded our products to include a standard range of piston and gear pump applicators and all relevant components as well as proving our ability to design and manufacture custom built special purpose systems for hot and cold adhesives and sealants.

In keeping with our company objectives of providing the best possible quality products and services at fair and reasonable prices, we also dramatically increased our spare parts and service capability for all brands of equipment in the market.

Over the last three years in particular, we have applied the standards that we set for ourselves to our suppliers in an effort to ensure that quality, price, and delivery requirements are met.

Following on with this philosophy, we have undergone a major expansion in our manufacturing capability and are continually adding to our production machinery with the very latest available equipment.

We are constantly striving to provide new and better products and services, and in an effort to keep clients advised of some of our current range, we have compiled this overview that we hope will assist everyone.

As we are constantly upgrading and increasing the components we provide, it is impossible to issue a completely up to date list. Any items you require that are not in the current list may already be available, so please enquire and we will advise.
