The replaceable batteries will deliver up to 1900 hours of interruption free welding using shade 9 with MIG, Stick, TIG and Plasma power sources. Battery life is extended by inbuilt UV solar cells which absorbs power from the arc while welding – meaning your helmet will always be ready when you are.
Comes standard with Grind Mode, meaning you can use one helmet for all your welding requirements - including weld preparation and clean-up.
Used to adjust the time for the lens to switch to clear state after welding. Useful in eliminating bright rays present in high amp applications. Adjusts from 0.1 second-min to 0.9 second-max.
Provides continuous arc sensing capability. Lens automatically switches from light state 4 to adjustable welding shades 9-13 when an arc is struck. Lens darkening reaction time 1/12,500 sec.
Sensitivity control makes the lens more responsive to different light levels in various welding processes. Use mid-range (2-3) sensitivity setting for most applications.
