Line shaft and powered roller conveyors consist of a number of carrying rollers individually powered by drive belts from a rotating shaft. BMA Belting are able to cater for this specialised application with a large selection of custom made elastomeric round belting.

Twisted O-Rings Features: 

• Twisted O-Rings are designed to replace solid polyurethane round belting on applications as they provide a much faster solution to install (on average 30-40 seconds per belt).
• This in return dramatically reduces down time, as you can install all Twisted O Ring belts without ever dropping rollers or dismantling drive shafts to fit the belt. The very tips of these belts provide a loop that you can connect with a metal hook.
• Twisted O Ring belts are size adjustable and can be slightly lengthened or tightened by twisting 1 end of the belt with your finger before putting the hook through the looped ends.
• All Twisted O Rings are clear in colour and are designed in a 5mm diameter spun fashion with an 80A shore hardness.
