Ezi-Duct’s NSW production team recently completed two robust heavy duty plenum boxes for a mining project.
The plenum boxes and the ducting is designed to be part of a mining extraction system to exhaust the hot air and fumes out from the mines.
The plenum boxes were constructed from 2mm galvanized steel and feature removable side to make it easier for staff to clean and maintain the box their during regular maintenance checks. The removable side had to be made of four removable panels in order to make it possible for staff to remove by hand, considering how heavy this box is!
