Features of this product

• Despite its size, the Famag Grilletta Dough High Hydration mixer is very powerful and effective and has low energy consumption and noise levels.
• Perfect for several different types of dough, it deals especially well with high hydration soft doughs, for sourdough bread, pizza, and so on.
• This model is perfect for home kitchen work or small restaurants. These models are much smaller in size than traditional dough mixers, allowing them to be placed on a benchtop, while still being just as strong and reliable as mixers much larger in size.
• All Famag Grilletta models have chain driven motors, and a steel case, with stainless steel bowl and mixing arm. Cleaning is a breeze as once your dough comes together, there will be little sticking to your stainless-steel bowl. Simply unluck the head of the mixer and lift up, unlock the bowl, then wipe out with a soapy sponge and dry with a cloth.
• The Famag Grilletta are made in Italy and directly imported from Famag by us.
• This model has a variable speed motor with 10 speeds, adjustable by a dial, and a removable bowl with a lifting head. The High Hydration model features a forward and reverse mode.
• The Famag High Hydration mixer is identical to the standard Variable Speed Mixer, except that it has a special sprocket that allows the mixer to run at a faster RPM. The spiral hook on this model runs at 80-300 RPM, while the hook on the standard Variable Speeds mixer runs at 80-240 RPM. The High Hydration mixer is designed specifically for high hydration dough (over 75% hydration). 
• High hydration models also feature forward and reverse drives, and an offset breaker bar.
