Fermentation Pressure Vessels
Teralba Industries is a market leader in pressure vessel fabrication, offering a combination of design engineering and manufacture that meets an array of industry needs. Supplying custom specifications from 300 litre stainless steel pressure vessels to 120,000 litre vessels, all complying to Australian Standards – AS1210, and completed by qualified personnel as part of our quality assurance plan to ensure optimum performance and safety. Speak to team on pressures that can be achieved.
The Vinpro Fermentation Vessels are constructed in a range of stainless steel grades; SS 304, SS 316 and SAF 2205. Titanium, Hastalloy and other exotic alloys are available.
The vessels are designed and fabricated to suit customer requirements and because they are hygienic in design they are suitable for critical applications within food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries where contamination is unacceptable. Vinpro Fermentation Vesselstypically include a heating or cooling jacket, and are proven to improve quality and increase yield of products.
Vinpro Fermentation Vessels are designed to accommodate Mixquip mixing equipment to effectively mix and blend a variety of products, from light to heavy viscosities. Mixquip Agitators can incorporate VFD,s for variable speed control. Mixquip Agitators installed in Vinpro vessels, provide excellent product dispersion through the unique mixing action and the high rate of product turnover. This in turn provides effective and efficient heat transfer from the heating/cooling jackets.
Designed and made in Australia from local imported componentry, Vinpro Fermentation Vessels can be supplied with an optional Thermpro fermentation control system. The Thermpro control system in its simplest level can monitor a ferment and start the glycol flow through the cooling jacket automatically, shutting the fermentation process down when required. More complex systems incorporate remote view and remote control of the fermentation process.
