The E-Line is made up of three systems: the ProtoPrint E is an inexpensive SMT stencil printer for metal and polymer stencils with a working area of 160 x 200 millimeters. It comes complete with a double-sided quick clamping frame for frameless stencils.
The second member of the family is the ProtoPlace E. This manual, pneumatic-assisted, Pick & Place system handles components up to 0603 format, SO-Ics and smaller QFPs. It boasts 14 anti-static component feeders. Its big brother, the ProtoPlace S boasts semi-automatic placement using a camera control system.
The ProtoFlow E convection oven produces reliable reflow soldering results over the whole printed circuit board – even for lead-free solders. Its temperature limit goes all the way up to 320 °C. With a working area of 160 x 200 millimeters, the reflow-oven perfectly matches the ProtoPrint E. Also available is the ProtoFlow S which can handle larger printed circuit boards.
With the ProtoMat S 62, LPKF offers a mid-size circuit board plotter for printed circuit board structuring. The successfully tried and tested ProtoMat is supplied complete with a tool changer, an acoustic cabinet, and high performance software for the simple importing of CAD data.
