Single Carriage Rectangular Profile – EDF Series

EDF Double Carriage drives use the same flat bodied profile as the EDF Single Carriage version but is fitted with two carriages and two bearing slides (option H). When operated the two carriages travel in opposite directions making it ideal for automatic door operation. Special versions which allow both carriages to move in the same direction are available upon request, this version is more suited to handling heavier duty, wider loads. EDF Double Carriage models are available in size 42mm only. Interface plates are available for all types of electrical motor/gearbox combinations and supplied as a kit to include motor shaft extension and drive coupling.
