Plastic Injection Moulding
We offer an extensive range of plastic injection services using the most advanced machines on the market to design and develop components of the highest standard.
Plastic Injection Moulding is the process of manufacturing plastic components.
The method is used to produce many different plastic products, with examples ranging from toys, such as Lego, through to domestic products such as chairs and disposable cutlery, consumer products such as electronic cases, building products such as shims, and plumbing products such as PVC pipes – to name just a few.
Plastic pellets or granules are melted down, and the molten material / polymer is injected into a purpose-built steel mould. There are a variety of plastic materials that differ in their underlying properties and are therefore suitable for different applications. Accurate mass-production through high-quality materials is easily achieved using injection moulding. We will recommend a material (s) which will suit your requirements, based on the information which you provide. Our experts are here to help.
With a range of machinery consisting from 30t to 400t and Shot weights from 1g to 1.5kg. B&C Plastics can cover a whole range of products within our in-house local injection moulding facilities based in Meadowbrook, QLD, Australia, just 20 mins south of Brisbane or 30 mins north of the Gold Coast.
